Self Assessment
We found a self assessment to be a useful part of the inspection process and an opportunity for the Police Authority to tell our story. The self assessment outlined the achievements we had made and our priorities for the future.
The information in the self assessment document and the evidence it provides would help the Audit Commission/HMIC to make judgements.
Our aim was for the inspection team to recognise our strengths in the September 2009 inspection.
