Resources Committee monitors the revenue budget and capital expenditure (for the Constabulary);  manages the Authority's own financial and administrative arrangements and buying in of professional services; approves the Authority's Statement of Accounts; oversees the implementation of the Authority's governance framework, the Members' allowances' scheme, insurance arrangements and Freedom of Information.
