Please note: Lancashire Police Authority agreed at it's meeting on 19th March that this Sub Committee would be removed from the committee structure.

Capital Sub Committee is concerned with accommodation including estate management; the buying, maintaining and disposing of property; information technology; vehicle replacement and the Authority's capital programme.
