New Questionnaire
Consultation on Employment Targets for Lancashire Constabulary 2010/11
To help the Authority set employment indicators and targets, we are seeking the views of the Constabulary, the unions, staff associations and staff support networks, the Constabulary's Independent Advisory Group Members and the public.
LPA Inspection
Lancashire Police Authority ’performs well’, according to an independent report released on 25 November 2009 by the Audit Commission and Her Majesty’s Inspectorate of Constabulary (HMIC).

The Policing Pledge
The 'Policing Pledge' is a set of national standards which tells you the level of service you can expect to receive from your local police force. It came into effect on December 31st 2008 and is often referred to as 'The Pledge'.
Code of conduct for Alcohol
The Home Office has now launched their consultation on the mandatory code of conduct for the alcohol industry. This is the link to the consultation:

The consultation closes on 5th August 2009. Responses can be returned by email, post, and online, and should go direct to the Alcohol Strategy Unit at the Home Office (details supplied on the weblink).
